Shipping Policy

Order delivery time is divided into two parts.

 1. Order processing time: usually 1-5 business days.

It is the time elapsed between the time the customer places the order and the time we hands the order over to the courier company. Generally, orders are shipped within 1-5 business days after order confirmation/payment.

Delays may occur for orders placed on weekends. Our warehouse only operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

2. Shipping Time: Usually 7 business days.

Note: The cut-off time for orders is 5:00 PM (BST). After the cut-off time, we will not process orders received on the same day. Usually, the delivery time is only 10 business days. The delivery time may be longer.  When local delivery is in progress, local holidays may also affect delivery time, resulting in delays. Your understanding is appreciated.
